String of Turtles

Peperomia Prostrata

Turtles, Turtles, Turtles!

Not to be confused with "turtle vine," this attractive perennial plant gets its name from the pattern on the top of its leaves, which resembles turtle shells. Like other peperomia plants, the String of Turtles is non-toxic to cats and dogs, so it makes a great companion plant for your furry friends. This plant likes to trail, which makes it well-suited to hanging baskets.
