Philodendron

Philodendron spp.

Easy Come, Easy Grow

Philodendron is an easy-to-grow houseplant that is prized for its aesthetically pleasing foliage. There are many different varieties of philodendron that range in shapes, sizes, colours and textures. Some varieties are vining and have a trailing habit that makes them suitable for hanging baskets, while others non-climbing and have an upright growing habit, needing more room to grow. Philodendrons are highly adaptable and don’t experience as much stress as other houseplants when moved between indoor and outdoor settings. They are also good air purifiers and can help filter VOC’s like formaldehyde from indoor environments.
